Our hor d'oeuvres course will arm you with the skills and techniques to create delicious, show-stopping bites to get any dinner party off to a wonderful start. £ 85 pp. Class 4 max.

A visit to our cookery workshop is a must-do!. We use fresh ingredients to create authentic Thai food in an informal and fun environment. Our workshop is hands-on and dishes can be adapted for vegetarian and vegan

 Our 1:1 workshop is totally bespoke to suit your requirement. 

Through consultation I will create a menu unique to you. This workshop is run from your own home so you can use your own the equipment to create exquisite Thai dishes. My rate is £50 ph + ingredients and travel expenses. Please contact me directly for further information.
